The polyester conveyor belt is also called EP conveying belt. Its
framework material is the polyester canvas interwoven with meridian
terylene and latitudinal polyamide fiber. It has advantages of short
tensile, stable size good elasticity, shock resistant, heat resistant CZPT resistant, high adhesive strength. lt is applicable to convey material in medium and long distance, with heavy-load and at high speed.

ABRASION CONVEYOR BELT

Features:
1. Energy saving: By improving rubber elasticity and reducing transmission friction coefficient, the effect of saving electricity by 10%-15% can be achieved.
2. Wear resistance. Thus the conveyor belt is wear and impact resistance, and the working life can be prolonged.
3. Suitable for working conditions of long distance, high speed and large capacity.

Application:
This belt is especially suitable for medium, long-distance transportation of materials,used in lines of mining,ports,electricy metalirgical infustry, chemical industry, coalmines and etc.

Reasons For The Occurrence Of Running Resistance:

Cover rubber of this product uses EPDM rubber or chlorobutadiene rubber, after process of shaping and valcanizing, conveyor belt has very good high temperaturte resistance. The carcass of this product has very high adhension after the special trestment of coating and shaping. Undernormal working condition with the temperature blow 200 the belt is ow eloncation and excellent antiabrasion, it can also bear 400°C high temperature for short time.The belt is suitable for use in cement, metallurgical and steel industry.
